Exercise only using your own body weight
This CrossFit training set allows you to use your own body weight when training. This makes the likelihood of getting injured far less than if you use heavy weights for your training. Start your workout by attaching the CrossFit trainer to some kind of anchor. This can be a door, a beam, rings, a lamp post or a tree. The rope will allow you to attach the equipment to just about anything. The grips can be adjusted in height so that anyone of any height can use the equipment. Can change the height of the two grips by hanging them in different rings at different heights. In addition to the standard grips, the set also contains rings and foot buckles. These can be adjusted in the same way as grips.
